Quality Team of Experienced Tradesmen
Our team of quality tradesmen have all been with the company for over 10 years and some for 30 years. We therfore know what we expect of each other.
They know that we pay top rates and provide materials and work for them on time. We know that they will never cut corners or compromise the quality of our building projects. You will meet them all and talk to them on a daily basis as you will with me. All building projects are managed by me and indeed, I undertake a lot of the manual work too.

Our past building clients are only too pleased to provide references and where convenient they will let you visit them and inspect the work the companyI has done. Our current building project is a superb £600,000 country style detached house set in a farmers croft with magnificent southerly views across the Dales. Plant and Building Equipment
Andrew Procter LLP has all it's own plant and building equipment including 360 diggers, telescopic all terrain forklifts and dumpers.
